    As Delhi is our capital. It is very much eminent. It has a special status because it is very important place. Most of the monuments have been built up here since the time of mughals.

    Almost all the important ministers and politicians lives here .It has a population of 18 million

    On the other hand puducherry is also a union territories having special status than other union territories.
