The sun rises in arunachal pradesh but it is still night ingujrat because the gap between the longitudes are quiet big and the main thing is that the time lag between gujrat and andhra pradesh is 2 hours. So, when it is 5 am morning for andhra it is 3 am in in gujrat i.e still midnight….
